90-Day Happy Dog Guarantee

Ninety days to know. Guaranteed.

Your dog gets the final vote. If Ember isn’t a hit within 90 days of delivery, we’ll refund your trial bag — any 1, 2, or 4 lb size, fully opened and fed. No shipping it back, no interrogation. One guarantee per household.

How the guarantee works

Plain terms. No fine-print maze.

That’s exactly why trial sizes exist. Start with a bag your dog can vote on before you commit to 8 or 16 pounds. The big bags are for after the tail has spoken.

Trial sizes are covered

The guarantee applies to one 1 lb, 2 lb, or 4 lb bag per household. The 8 lb and 16 lb bags aren’t eligible — they’re for after your dog has voted yes.

90 days from delivery

The clock starts the day your bag arrives, not the day you order. Take the full ninety days to decide.

A refund of what you paid

We refund the product price you actually paid for the qualifying bag, with any discount already applied. Shipping charges aren’t refunded.

Nothing to send back

Open the bag and feed it — that’s the point. Keep or donate whatever is left. Just contact Ember with your order number.

Why we offer the guarantee

We're confident enough in Ember to give you 90 days.

Every recipe begins with human-grade Chicken, Beef, or Salmon, meets AAFCO nutritional profiles for complete and balanced nutrition for dogs of all life stages, and makes its ingredient statement and guaranteed analysis available to read. Ember is gently dehydrated and pantry-ready, so the routine works without freezer storage or thawing. That combination—nutrition you can evaluate and preparation you can keep up—is why we give you time to decide.

How to make the switch

Transition gradually across the ten-day label schedule.

Ember has a different texture, aroma, and preparation routine from conventional kibble. Mix Ember with your dog's existing food and increase the proportion gradually across the ten-day label schedule. A measured transition gives both you and your dog time to learn the new routine instead of judging it from a single bowl.

The goal is not an overnight transformation. It is a complete and balanced feeding routine that supports your dog's everyday nutrition and is practical enough to sustain over the long term.
